A Nice Experience with Charming Staff
Despite some hiccups with our room's proximity to the kitchen, the staff showcased amazing customer service, accommodating our requests graciously. Breakfast was a standout, offering fresh local delights each morning. Tip, request a room away from common areas for a quieter stay.

Well-maintained suite for the air conditioning to be on, quiet atmosphere. A mini bar, a sofa bed, and central heating in the room.
Really loud area.

Every time in Marrakesh, I choose this place. This hotel is amazing, favourable location, honest staff. The atmosphere of the venue is family. The room is wonderful and perfect for the air conditioning to be on, the hotel features a rooftop bar onsite. Great service, the breakfast is great👍

We enjoyed exploring the vibrant souks nearby and trying out local food at street stalls. The breakfast was freshly made with warm, traditional dishes, and our room had a beautiful traditional decor with cozy touches.
My wife says that the room was too warm. It could benefit from better cooling measures for families.

When I got involved in a minor traffic accident the staff came out to help and translate at the police station. They did not expect anything in return, it was just part of the service. Cost them at least two hours. Very wonderful.

Sitting in the cafe at street level, watching the hustle and bustle of the street sellers.
The rooms were too dark. Not enough daylight as curtains with black-out could not be drawn. Also very poor electric lights in bathroom.

My partner and I booked this hotel after buying a last minute ticket to Marrakesh from Amsterdam. Because it was last minute, we were quite unprepared for the city and the culture. When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly welcomed with tea and Moroccan sweets by a woman who spoke excellent English. She told us that we could ask her anything, so we did, seeing as we wished to know more about the culture and the city before exploring. In the 4 days we were there she would patiently tell us everything we wanted to know and she gave us good advice. All the other staff, for example the guard of the hotel, were very friendly and helpful as well! The look and atmosphere of the hotel were amazing! I think it was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. The facilities in the room were really good and the breakfast was tasty and extensive.Every day when we returned to the room in the afternoon the bed was made and the room was tidied up. Because the hotel is in a busy shopping street -which is quite a special experience, going from the busyness of the street into the serene atmosphere of the hotel- there is some noisyness until about 12 in the evening. But every evening the hustle and bustle of the street faded away and sleeping was easy. The airconditioning works very well against the moroccan heat, but the room itself was quite cool so we often switched it off at night. This hotel also has a spa/hammam, but I can't say anything about that because we did not make use of it. All in all we were very, very happy with this hotel and the people who run it and i'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

The Junior Suite was a great choice. It was very clean and quiet, a big plus given the busy location. The decor was fine with those beautiful Moroccan tiles everywhere. Plus, we really enjoyed the comfortable space to relax after our adventures!

The location seemed perfect right in the centre. Besides, it was close enough to restaurant at 2010, Marrakech and the cafe at street level. Appreciated a nice size double room for the air conditioning to be on, felt like we were home.

The staff was friendly and accommodating , made a difference. Try to get a room away from the main street if you're a light sleeper.

The Riad has a charming location, boasting original tiles and stunning doors, but the air conditioning was inadequate, failing to provide relief from the heat. The staff were attentive, yet the noise levels from outside disrupted our peace. The breakfast was a nice touch, though room maintenance left much to be desired.

Riady mabrouk has an excellent location, just steps away from the vibrant night market. The air conditioning in our room was reliable and refreshing, a lifesaver. I also loved the beautiful spa that offered a range of treatments. Especially shaima who prepared our room for early check-in.
